Short answer
Account-based marketing flips the funnel: instead of attracting as many leads as possible and filtering them, you choose the companies you want, then market to the people who decide inside them. The software decides how well you can find which of those companies are in market, reach them without wasting budget, and show sales what each account has done. The category has also consolidated, so a few familiar names now live under new brands.
Not every platform does all five. Some are full suites, some are advertising-first, and CRM-based tools cover targeting and sales alignment but rely on other vendors for media. Decide which of the five your team cannot do today, and buy for that gap first rather than for the longest feature list.
Each platform had to support at least target account selection plus one activation channel for B2B accounts, be sold to new customers in October 2026, and describe its product on its own site. We read each description, package name and any published pricing on the vendor's site, help center or press releases in October 2026. Most ABM platforms do not publish prices, and we say so. We did not run campaigns on them.

| DemandScience (Terminus) | ABX platform combining ABM and content syndication | Teams that want ABM and lead generation together | Not published |
| Madison Logic | Syndication, display, LinkedIn, CTV and audio in one platform | Multi-channel ABM media programs | Not published |

Demandbase One combines account data, its own bidstream keyword intent (with an option to bring in Bombora topics), account lists and segments, journey stages, predictive scores and B2B advertising. Demandbase also offers its Advertising solution as a starting place, and its Data solutions can be used on their own.
Pricing (as of October 2026): a platform fee covering the core software and services plus a flat fee per user, quoted by Demandbase. Strengths: one platform from targeting to measurement. Limits: needs an owner to set up and run.
6sense gives every account a profile fit score and an in-market score and places it in a buying stage, from Target through Purchase, using intent and engagement signals. Its packages pair predictive AI with sales intelligence and data credits for revealing contacts.
Pricing (as of October 2026): through demos. Strengths: strong at telling you which accounts to work this week. Limits: a significant platform commitment for smaller teams. Our predictive lead scoring roundup covers 6sense alongside CRM-native scoring.
RollWorks now redirects to AdRoll, where it is sold as AdRoll ABM in four packages: Account-Based Advertising (bring your own data and run multi-channel ads), Account-Based Marketing + Advertising, Account-Based Marketing (buyer insights and customizable journey stages) and Account-Based Retargeting.
Pricing (as of October 2026): Account-Based Retargeting has no fee to get started and you pay only for media; other packages through a demo. Strengths: a low-commitment way into ABM advertising. Limits: check that its intent and reporting depth match your program before you scale.
Terminus merged into DemandScience in November 2024, and the combined company operates under the DemandScience brand. Its ABX platform runs ABM and content syndication together with unified reporting across channels.
Pricing (as of October 2026): not published. Strengths: pairs account engagement with lead generation from syndication. Limits: if you evaluated Terminus before, expect a different product and packaging after the merger.
Madison Logic describes itself as an ABM platform with AI intent data that targets buying groups and activates content syndication, display, LinkedIn ads, connected TV and audio advertising from one place, with pipeline measurement.
Pricing (as of October 2026): not published. Strengths: a wide range of B2B media channels under one plan. Limits: media-led, so it pairs best with a CRM-side scoring tool.
Influ2 serves ads to specific named contacts taken from your CRM rather than to whole accounts or job titles, and can show each buying-committee member different ads by deal stage, with contact-level engagement data for sales.
Pricing (as of October 2026): custom, with a demo required for a quote. Strengths: targeting at the level of individual contacts. Limits: works best when you already know the people in each deal.
HubSpot's ABM tools mark target accounts, assign buying roles to contacts, show an ideal customer profile tier for each company, and give teams a target accounts home for tracking activity and finding new prospects.
Pricing (as of October 2026): included in Marketing Hub Professional and Enterprise and Sales Hub Professional and Enterprise; Marketing Hub Professional starts at $800 a month. Strengths: no new tool for HubSpot teams. Limits: no account-based ad network of its own.
If you are just starting ABM, prove it with tools you have: HubSpot's ABM features or AdRoll ABM's retargeting on a list of 100 to 200 target accounts. Move to Demandbase or 6sense when you need intent and prioritization across thousands of accounts, and add Madison Logic or Influ2 when media reach becomes the bottleneck. Our roundups of intent data providers and marketing attribution software cover the signals and the measurement, and our list of AI tools for B2B customer engagement covers what happens after the deal closes.
What is an ABM platform?
An account-based marketing platform helps B2B teams pick a list of target companies, find which of them are in market, reach their buying groups with ads and other channels, and measure engagement and pipeline by account rather than by lead. Most combine account data, intent signals, B2B advertising and reporting.
What happened to Terminus and RollWorks?
Terminus merged into DemandScience in November 2024, and the combined company operates under the DemandScience brand with its ABX platform. RollWorks now redirects to AdRoll, and its product is sold as AdRoll ABM (formerly RollWorks).
Is there a cheap or free ABM platform?
HubSpot includes ABM tools such as target accounts, buying roles and ideal customer profile tiers in Marketing Hub and Sales Hub Professional and Enterprise. AdRoll ABM's account-based retargeting package has no fee to get started; you pay only for media. Full ABM platforms such as Demandbase and 6sense are priced through sales.
Do I need intent data for ABM?
Not to start, but it helps you decide which target accounts to prioritize each week. Demandbase, 6sense and Madison Logic include intent in their platforms, and our intent data providers roundup covers standalone sources.
